Public Offer (Terms of Service)

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between Aleksandr Lobos (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Contractor") and the user of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Customer").
1.2. The Agreement is considered concluded upon the User's unconditional acceptance of its terms (e.g., account registration on https://ocrpro.tech/ or payment for Services).
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Service provides tools for optical character recognition (OCR) and document translation. The Customer agrees to pay for these Services as per this Agreement.
3. Data Processing and Privacy
3.1. The Service operates on a "Zero Retention" policy. Files uploaded for processing are stored strictly in RAM and are deleted immediately after the processing is complete or the session is closed.
3.2. The User is prohibited from uploading documents containing sensitive personal data, passports, or any information prohibited by law. The User bears full responsibility for the uploaded content.
4. Paid Services and Settlements
4.1. Access to features requires the consumption of "Credits". Credits are purchased via secure payment gateways.
Internal service units ('Credits') are strictly a technical means of tracking the volume of prepaid Services (1 credit = 1 page of OCR, 2 credits = 1 page of translation) and do not constitute an independent good, digital currency, or property right.
4.2. Usage rates:
1 page OCR/Table Extraction = 1 credit.
1 page Document Translation (complex languages) = 2 credits.
4.3. Digital Service is fully delivered upon successful Credit top-up.
5. Force Majeure
5.1. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations under the Agreement if proper performance proved impossible due to force majeure circumstances (e.g., acts of state authorities, natural disasters).
6. Liability, Consumer Protection, and Requisites
6.1. Service provided "as is".
6.2. Service Quality and Refund Policy: By purchasing Credits, the User gives express consent for the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledges they lose their right of withdrawal/refund once Credits are added, due to the instant digital nature of the product.
